At Milrem Robotics, we build some of the most advanced robotics and autonomous systems in Europe. Behind that technology are highly specialised engineering teams, and finding the right people to join them requires much more than matching CV keywords to a job description.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team and take ownership of recruitment projects across Milrem Robotics globally.
This role is for someone who enjoys getting beneath the surface of a technical profile. You can understand what engineering teams actually need, navigate complex talent markets and recognise relevant expertise even when a candidate’s job title does not perfectly match the role we are hiring for.
Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment projects, including international recruitment initiatives.
Develop effective sourcing approaches and build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, proactively identifying and engaging candidates through direct search and headhunting.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, technical challenges and real hiring needs - advising and constructively challenging where needed.
Help shape and implement Milrem Robotics’ recruitment strategy and continuously improve our recruitment processes and practices.
Strengthen our employer brand and represent Milrem Robotics at relevant recruitment events and activities.
Bring 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience and confidently own the full recruitment cycle.
Know how to recruit senior and specialised Engineering and Technology talent.
Navigate technical conversations confidently, asking the right questions and recognising relevant expertise.
Excel at direct sourcing and headhunting, reaching talent beyond obvious profiles and standard searches.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, confidently advising, influencing and constructively challenging.
Bring recruitment experience from robotics, defence, automotive, aerospace, embedded systems or other complex engineering environments.
Because the recruitment challenges here are genuinely interesting.
Our teams bring together expertise in software, robotics, autonomy, electronics, systems engineering, mechanical engineering and other disciplines to develop technology that has to perform in the real world.
For Talent Acquisition, that means going beyond conventional recruitment. You will need to understand emerging and specialised areas of expertise, find talent in competitive markets and work closely with technical leaders to determine what they really need.
You will have the opportunity to influence how we hire, build talent pipelines for critical expertise and help develop recruitment practices across an international and growing organisation.
Location: Tallinn or Tartu, Estonia
Additional information: Please submit your application by 13 September 2026 at the latest.
We review applications continuously and may contact qualified candidates for interviews before the official deadline.
