Help shape the future of defence, and the people building it.
Milrem Robotics is Europe's leading developer of autonomous ground systems, helping shape the future of defence technology. As our business continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to become the strategic people partner to our Engineering organisation.
This is a role for someone who's as interested in understanding the business as they are in understanding people. You'll partner closely with Engineering leaders, from the CTO through to managers across the organisation, to understand their priorities, strengthen leadership capability and help build high-performing teams that can deliver in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
While this is a strategic HR Business Partner role, you won't be advising from the sidelines. You'll help shape people strategy, influence organisational decisions and drive key initiatives such as performance management, workforce planning and organisational development, while also rolling up your sleeves to support leaders with the day-to-day people challenges that come with a growing international business.
You'll thrive in this role if you...
Bring solid HR Business Partnering experience and a genuine curiosity for how businesses succeed.
Naturally look for ways People & Culture can create value.
Enjoy building trusted relationships with leaders and aren't afraid to challenge their thinking.
Are as comfortable discussing organisational strategy with senior leaders as you are helping managers navigate day-to-day people matters.
Use data and insight to inform decisions, while never losing sight of the people behind the numbers.
Enjoy building practical solutions rather than adding unnecessary process.
Thrive in an international environment where priorities evolve and change is part of everyday business.
Are pragmatic, collaborative and known for getting things done.
Why join us?
You'll be joining Milrem at an exciting stage in our journey. With strong foundations already in place, we're focused on strengthening leadership capability, evolving our People practices and ensuring our organisation is ready for what's next. You'll work alongside leaders who value honest conversations, practical solutions and a no-bullshit approach to getting things done.
This isn't a role where everything has already been built, nor is it one where you're expected to build everything from scratch. It's an opportunity to refine, influence and continuously improve the way we partner with the business. If you enjoy creating clarity, solving real business challenges and leaving things better than you found them, you'll feel right at home.
