What will you be doing?
Develop, test, debug and maintain an array of custom web-based GIS applications, tools, and supporting web services.
Develop software in an agile development process by working with stakeholders to refine developed products.
Provide support, troubleshooting, modifications, enhancements, and maintenance for existing GIS applications, scripts, tools, and web services.
Create and maintain system-related documentation.
You are a good fit, if you have:
Experience in developing and maintaining custom web-based GIS applications, tools, and supporting web services;
Experience with GIS tools like GeoServer, QGIS, PostGIS, OpenLayers, potree, or alternatives;
A good understanding of spatial data projections and transformations;
Proficiency in geodatabase management, specifically PostgreSQL and PostGIS;
Proficiency in using Python libraries for geospatial data processing and manipulation;
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, geography, or related field.
