The Thüringer Aufbaubank (TAB) was founded in 1992 as an institution under public law (Thüringer Aufbaubankgesetz). As the development bank of the Free State of Thuringia, we have since taken on numerous tasks in economic, agricultural and housing development. The promotion of environmental protection and infrastructure is also part of our area of ​​responsibility. We mainly support this with grants, loans and guarantees. Our target groups are in particular companies, private homeowners, housing companies and farms. We also support the Thuringian municipalities and municipal companies in questions of financing.
