The North America Send and Onboarding team focuses primarily on the onboarding experience of US and Canadian customers (or anyone globally sending USD or CAD). Important areas of focus for the team include: Building a clear and convenient profile onboarding flow for NA customers. Ensuring that our verification processes are compliant, streamlined, and cost-effective. Enabling customers to be in a position to be ready to send money and use our products as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
