I’m Greta Kuksova, and I am leading Sales Operations unit within Telia Global Services Lithuania that is dedicated for Telia Cygate, a subsidiary to Telia Company. I am currently looking for an Order Management Specialist to join my team of professionals in Vilnius. In this role you will be managing and executing the full scope of our Order to Pay process, handling orders for our customers and suppliers within networking, security and Hybrid-IT/Cloud areas.

As an Order Management Specialist, you’ll…

… be responsible for placing and tracking purchase orders in our internal procurement systems and coordinating with Swedish and international suppliers. In addition to that, you will be processing supplier invoices and overseeing the initiation of customer billing, ensuring accurate and efficient transactional flow consistent with best-practice procurement and invoicing procedures.

We are seeking a specialist with prior experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Supply Chain—ideally from international organization. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective cross‑organizational communication. The suitable candidate is service‑minded and initiative, demonstrating a genuine commitment to delivering high quality support and proactively addressing stakeholder needs. Strong Excel and analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a keen eye for accuracy are crucial. Additionally, we value strong organizational and time‑management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2200 - 2450 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonus depending on your and Telia results.
