Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
Support Compensation & Benefits processes, retention initiatives, and equity-related reporting.
Collaborate with local P&C teams and global stakeholders to collect, validate, and manage HR data.
Manage HRIS/HRAT tasks including data uploads, audits, and issue resolution via Jira.
Contribute to key HR projects such as succession planning, pay gap analysis, and long service awards.
Assist with onboarding, training assignments, and system access for new HRIS users.
Ensure compliance with internal data sensitivity and privacy standards.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks like creating organizational charts and diagrams.
Qualifications

Bring 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, people analytics, or a similar role.
Have strong Excel and data handling skills; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Have experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
