(SENIOR) SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
to join the Finnair Digital and Customer team, and to support our mission of developing world-class digital experiences for our customers.
About the Team:
Our team is responsible for developing retailing, servicing, and loyalty capabilities across Finnair’s digital channels—including the mobile app, finnair.com, payment platforms, and our inflight entertainment system.
We work in multiple cross-functional squads made up of product owners, designers, developers, and QA professionals, supported by scrum masters, agile coaches, data scientists, and other subject matter experts. We’re a multinational community of professionals, primarily based in Finland, and we operate in a hybrid work model.
How We Work:
Digital channel development plays a key role in executing Finnair’s strategy. We prioritize initiatives in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, always keeping the customer at the center.
We use OKRs to clarify direction and measure impact. Our environment is dynamic, and we apply agile frameworks and practices that best suit our needs.
Each squad owns its solutions end-to-end—from ideation to monitoring and operating production systems. We strive to be increasingly data-driven and customer-focused, using experimentation, A/B testing, and qualitative research to guide our decisions.
