As a Lease Accountant, you’ll...
…be responsible for the consistent maintenance and accuracy of data in the SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) module. Your role will include executing period-end closing activities, such as posting lease liability splits, accruals and deferrals, as well as preparing and approving Balance Sheet reconciliations. You and your team members will be a primary point of contact for RE-FX related inquiries within the Finance department, providing guidance and support when needed. Collaboration will be essential, as you will work closely with Contract Managers and IT support team to address system issues and process gaps. You will also be responsible for processing lease contract-related actions, such as resets and transfers based on received information. Additionally, you will be expected to escalate unresolved issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Who we're looking for
The suitable candidate has at least one year of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably within an international company. As the role involves communication with colleagues from various countries, fluency in English is essential. The candidate should be self-driven and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2100 - 2500 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonus depending on your and Telia results.
