Develop and implement backend game server functionality across multiple parallel projects
Improve and maintain infrastrcuture, frameworks, and internal tools for server-side game development
Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional product team including producers, mathematicians and developers
Optimize server-side algorithms for performance, scalability and reliability
Work with modern backend stack including Java, Maven, Git, AWS and Docker
Embrace automation and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment
Design, test and deploy efficent and maintainable code
Identify and solve complex technical challenges independently
Ensure high code quality and strong sense of ownership for delivery features
Actively contribute to technical discussions and decisions within the team.
Work in a fun, collaborative environment across teams in Poland, Ukraine and Sweden
Qualifications

4+ years of working experience in Java;
Good understanding of OOP;
Experience with GIT & Maven;
Experience in optimizing algorithms;
Math skills: probability and algorithms;
Mathematical intuition and ability to interpret simulation results;
Interest in games; knowledge of slot games is a plus;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
