Meconet AS is hiring Quality Manager (fixed-term)

To continue meeting the highest standards for its international customers, Meconet is looking for a Quality Manager to join the team.

About the role:

As Quality Manager, you will lead a skilled team of three and ensure that the factory’s processes meet demanding customer and high standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001/14001). You will handle customer claims, drive quality improvements, and play a central role in supporting both serial production and new product introduction (NPI) projects. Daily collaboration with production, engineering, and international partners is a key part of this dynamic role.

Your profile:

• 3+ years in quality management or equivalent positions (automotive or metal industry experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and documentation
• Proactive, structured, and passionate about maintaining high standards
• Collaborative and clear communicator in English, Estonian, and Russian
