
I am Aida Balnienė, and I am looking for a Key Account Manager to join our East Medium and Large Sales team at Telia Lithuania to nurture and grow our relationship with Telia’s existing business clients.
The position is based in Vilnius.
In this role you will take care of existing and future business clients’ needs, advise and help them choose the right IT and telecommunications solutions to grow their business. If you enjoy working in sales, technology, business, and customer relations, this job is for you!
As a Key Account Manager, you will…
… ensure that sales targets are achieved by building and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients through daily contact and visitations. This includes consulting with clients, handling their inquiries via emails and calls, preparing commercial offers, managing negotiations, and securing contracts. You will also be responsible for monitoring the competitive landscape and collaborating with various teams across the organization to address clients’ requirements effectively.
Who we're looking for
The person we are looking for is a strategic and proactive doer who is solution-oriented and customer-focused, with strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills. This role involves working with existing business clients, so experience in B2B service/product sales with medium to large segment business customers and regular business client visits nurturing and growing the business relationships is essential. You are a self-driven professional with a general interest in the IT and telecommunication fields. A college or university degree is required, along with fluency in both Lithuanian and English. Additionally, the candidate should hold a valid driver’s license (category B).

Monthly salary range for this position: 2300 - 2800Eur before tax deduction. Additionally, colleagues working in this position receive quarterly bonuses, which average 3000 - 9000Eur gross, depending on the results achieved.
