Tickmill is looking to hire an Affiliate Manager to join our rapidly expanding team.

What the job looks like?
The Affiliate Manager will have the opportunity to:
• Actively seeking and acquiring new affiliate partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with assigned affiliate partners.
• Supervise the overall performance of designated affiliates.
• Achieve targets for return on investment (ROI).
• Generate, propose, and implement initiatives to enhance affiliate productivity.
• Offer solutions and support to affiliates, motivating them for maximum exposure and revenues.
• Ensure all materials with assigned affiliates are up to date, including campaigns, designs, landing pages, and banners.
• Regularly report on results, performance, and ROI on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with other departments for regular reporting on results, performance, and ROI.
• Daily monitor and optimize the performance of a dedicated pool of affiliates, including checking statistics, confirming rate adjustments, scaling profitable campaigns, and testing new sources.
• Work closely with the Head of the Department to stay updated on affiliates and their clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for affiliates.
• Attend industry events.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
It will be considered as a plus if the candidate has:
· Familiarity with Cellxpert and Google Analytics.
· Cross channel digital marketing experience.
