You will be responsible for managing IT Services, which includes delivery, maintenance, and operations for Sourcing and Supply Chain systems (SAP S/4Hana, Coupa, COLT, SO99, and others). The role includes end-to-end service responsibility and service lifecycle management, Service Continuity Management, ensuring systems are compliant with Telia-defined Governance, Risk, and Compliance requirements. Stakeholder management along with vendor management are crucial for coordinating and enabling team delivery, including our offshore partners.

You are a proactive and self-driven person with high delivery capability and strong Service Management skills, and you will be working closely with multiple business and technology teams. You have a strong sense of ownership and enjoy cooperating with others. You can challenge existing ways of working, see the bigger picture, and are ready to drive change to the end. You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing business environment.
You understand and feel the business criticality and drive best practices within Supply Chain processes and objectives. Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Management solutions (preferably in SAP SD, MM, VIM) is seen as an advantage. You will be successful in this role if you have strong experience working in international teams and the ability to coordinate work among different teams and stakeholders, including suppliers and contract management. Delivery and project management skills would be a big plus. Experience working within ITIL and Agile SAFe frameworks would be an advantage for this role.

Monthly salary range for this position: 4 000 - 7462 EUR before tax deduction.
