As a Team Leader at Helmes, you'll guide a skilled team on a high-impact project that drives innovation and improves daily life through faster, more efficient processes.
As a Team Leader, You will
- Motivate and manage performance, fostering team development and driving continuous improvement
- Plan technical resources and capacity
- Manage team finances, including billing and reporting
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Support sales and client acquisition efforts
- Collaborate on enhancing company tools, processes, and best practices
- Aid the business unit leader in revenue generation and attracting new clients/work, including involvement in drafting offers and related tasks
We are looking for
- At least 2 years experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager in the IT industry
- Prior experience as a business analyst and fix project delivery experience is a plus
- Ability and readiness to influence – inspire, lead, persuade, negotiate
- Readiness to take responsibility and follow through on commitments
- A can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in both written and spoken Estonian and English
- Experience managing finances and budgets
The Team Lead will work closely with the existing team and projects.
