We're looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join the Fleet Orchestration software team and lead a group of 4 software engineers.
Fleet Orchestration software plans what each robot should be doing at any time going forward, at the scale of an entire city. This includes matching robots with deliveries, balancing customer demand with available robot capacity, scheduling wireless charging, calculating accurate ETAs to customers and merchants, and more. Dealing with the complexity and uncertainties of the real world requires a smart mix of data science and software engineering to achieve good results. The team owns their software end to end - identifying and prioritizing the most impactful improvements, implementing them, and analyzing the outcomes.
