We are now looking for a
CYBER RISK OFFICER
to join Finnair’s Cyber Unit in Digital Services.
Our new Cyber Risk Program means development and growth in our capabilities and resources. This opens new opportunities and roles. You will be joining a diverse and talented Cyber Unit where our everyday work matters for flight safety, societal resilience, privacy and security of our customers and employees, and the overall continuity and security of our business and operations. We operate our Information Security & Artificial Intelligence Management Systems, Cyber Culture Program, Cyber Architecture initiatives, Finnair Cyber Defence Center and all related Cyber Services.
Depending on your experience and profile, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Developing and operating our ISMS (policies, standards, instructions and processes)
Developing and operating our cyber risk and cyber assurance frameworks
Developing and operating our cyber governance, risk and assurance solutions to support related processes
Developing and operating our cyber culture program
Developing and providing cyber services in accordance with our service catalog
None of this will of course be done alone, as we have others in similar roles, and these are all joint effort.
An ideal candidate for this role will have:
Knowledge of
cyber security related regulations, frameworks and standards
information security management systems
cyber threats and risks
cyber security controls and best practices
information technology
Skills in
understanding business strategies and requirements
leading and facilitating management system development activities
facilitating risk management activities
conducting audit activities
conducting training and presentations
Experience in
a similar role as an information security officer, information security specialist or risk specialist
developing and operating and ISMS and related processes
implementing information security standards
utilizing GRC tools
