We’re looking for a Country Manager for CityBee and MyBee in Riga, Latvia. Take the lead in managing the team, initiatives and processes to maximize business performance and profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction. Working closely with our HQ team in Vilnius, Lithuania, you’ll be a key team player responsible for executing the global strategy while aligning local operations with broader goals to drive long-term growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing a country-wide strategy to meet targets, making more efficient operations, and aligning all key stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with the HQ team to address challenges, drive efficiency, and achieve goals together
- Leading the CityBee team with a focus on owning the P&L, driving revenue growth, optimizing processes and costs, fostering team development, enhancing customer satisfaction, and executing effective sales strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensuring effective operations and fleet management for MyBee
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, automotive dealers and importers
- Representing CityBee and MyBee in Latvia, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring we uphold our image and quality.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development with a strong background in operations management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Leadership experience in a complex, matrix-based organizational structure, would be a strong advantage
- A proven track record of leading teams, with a focus on growth, development, efficiency, and achieving operational goals
- A hands-on, proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset, with the confidence to take ownership
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Latvian and English, written and spoken.

Monthly salary
- From 4200 EUR gross, with an annual bonus. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
