We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
This is what you'll be working on:
- Provide world-class customer service via live chat, email, and virtual meetings for our customers around the world
- Understand the business challenges of our customers, find gaps in their workflows, and recommend ways to get the most value out of using Outfunnel
- Become a valuable partner by educating customers on how to create workflows, maintain data hygiene and how to build their sales and marketing software stack
- Collaborate with the product and engineering team to tackle customer issues
- Build rapport in partner app communities and eloquently bring Outfunnel as a solution to their pain points
We're looking for someone with this profile:
- Based in Estonia
- Outstanding communication skills and native-level command of spoken and written English language
- Love for helping people and building relationships
- Ability to empathize with the customer and create positive customer experiences
- 2+ years of experience in customer support and/or familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation/data syncing tools
- Problem-solving mindset to understand customer needs and ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
- Appreciation towards the (sometimes messy) collaborative and fast-paced startup work environment
- Is willing to give and receive feedback
