Are you passionate about turning raw data into impactful insights? Join our B2B BI Team as a Senior BI Analyst! In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping business decisions by transforming and visualizing B2B client data, specifically within the exciting fields of simulated gaming, B2B casinos, and sports. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining client-facing dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and automating manual processes for our Marketing or BI teams. A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets and presenting the findings as dashboards or reports.
- Leading analytics and reporting projects and coordinating resources across teams, when needed.
- Migrating reports from the PowerBI platform to Tableau and eliminating technical debt in the process.
- Carrying out ad-hoc analyses based on internal or client requests.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for data-driven insights and advising the business on potential analysis projects.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
- Analyzing the performance of queries, reports, and dashboards, and correcting deficiencies or technical debt in consultation with relevant departments.
- Writing and maintaining documentation related to data transformation and metrics/KPIs.
- Documenting analytical problems and resolutions for future reference
- Working alongside teams within marketing or the product team to establish their analytical needs and requirements.
- Cooperating with Data Engineers to implement new Data Warehouse features if required data is not found or is not optimized for analysts.
- Acting as a member of an agile BI team, supporting team members, and collaborating with a “can-do attitude” to ensure product and team success.
You’re good at
- You have 3+ years of experience in an analytical role. Bonus points if you've worked in iGaming or know your way around Python.
- You are proficient in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- You're independent and love the details. You're curious about data and enjoy digging into it.
- You're a problem-solver who can think outside the box. You are adaptable to change and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You've got a track record of taking charge and seeing things through.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
