If you wish to work in this kind of innovative environment and have working knowledge or interest in geodesy, surveying or geodetic engineering then we have an exciting role where you will support national clients and ensure they will use the features of our software and hardware providing GNSS real-time corrections from single base to VRS to its optimum.

We are seeking a GNSS Corrections Support Engineer to join our European team working hybridly from our Munich office. You will be central to our customer’s success with our services and solutions, helping customers install and configure their real-time GNSS correction services, train them on how to get the most out of it, and help them resolve issues if they occur either in the RTN control center or the equipment in the field. You will support our clients across the whole lifecycle of a client's usage of our software, from assisting with onboarding and installation, to advising and training on usage as well as troubleshooting any technical issues or network problems.

Because of our clients' usage of our software, your background will be in geodesy or surveying with a strong interest in different IT environments because of the nature of the support you’ll provide. As well as this understanding, you must be an effective communicator as you will work in close collaboration with our clients.

For this role we have the flexibility to employ a more experienced specialist as well as relatively recent graduates in relevant geographic or surveying courses.

What You Will Do:

Technical support to address any concerns in GNSS real-time networks, supporting the RTN operator’s control center or assist customers using GNSS correction services
System installations, customized configurations and training delivery
(onsite or via remote sessions)
Development of training materials and best practices documentation
Close collaboration and knowledge transfer amongst different functional areas
Provide positive customer experience and focus on customer success

What Skills and Experience and Qualifications You Should Bring:

Degree in geodesy and/or surveying including GNSS surveying methods
Ability to describe complex technical facts in an understandable way
Experience in GNSS positioning preferred
Training and troubleshooting experience preferred

Desirable Skills:

Spoken and written Business German is desirable
