Trimble Chennai is on the lookout for a proactive Software Engineer to join its Cloud Platform Engineering Team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining robust services across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver modules independently on schedule, should have the ability to work with senior and Junior most team members
- Adapt and learn swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
- Implement, and test software according to specifications.
- Engage in design reviews.
- Conduct product testing, collaborating with quality assurance as needed.
- Contribute to the creation of product documentation.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by management.
Skills / Tools Required:
- Proficiency in any Java LTS version above 8.Or
- Proficiency in Python and Python web frameworks.
- Experience with Angular or React for Rich UI development.
- Good Experience in Unit Testing.
- Knowledge of the Spring framework.
- Experience in RDBMS and NoSQL
- Understanding of AWS/Azure basics, including basic deployment and networking models, and SaaS.
This position requires a candidate with strong technical skills, the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work effectively within a team.
