Are you a curious, responsible individual with a passion for sports? We're seeking an experienced professional to fill a specialist position within our energetic and creative Marketing team. As a Programmatic Media Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our team, managing programmatic campaigns, providing support and feedback to the country managers, and contributing to the improvement of marketing designs and activities.
Your Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience running programmatic campaigns.
Familiarity with Adform and DV360. Other platforms are also an advantage but not mandatory.
Good understanding of DSP and DMP.
Ideally the candidate will have experience in the iGaming industry, although a solid programmatic background is also enough.
Strong data analysis abilities, funnel conversions expertise, attention to detail & great communication skills.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Your will be responsible for:
Creating, managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns for multiple countries at the same time.
Creating and managing custom audiences in Data Management Platform.
Developing retargeting strategies to effectively reach and convert users.
Proactively proposing improvements and new ideas to meet campaign goals and KPIs to the Head of Marketing Operations.
Keeping control of RTB budget and fine tuning campaign spending according to the sporting calendar and seasonality.
Campaign reporting, presenting recap and insights for constant improvement.
