I’m searching for a curious and proactive individual ready to be the go-to expert for our internal employees and help them tackle computer-related issues both from hardware and software perspectives.
As IT Technical Specialist at Telia:
You will be responsible for managing our IT assets such as PC and Mac computers, phones, and accessories, looking after our video conference equipment and sometimes doing simple hardware repairs in one of our offices in Vilnius.
You will be collaborating with other support teams to ensure that the issues are resolved with high end-user satisfaction, within agreed service level agreements.
Using ServiceNOW and following ITIL practices, you’ll be a key player with both internal and external stakeholders. At the same time, you will get a chance to develop your skills and grow due to the role’s proximity to other technical teams.
Who we're looking for:
From the technical side we’re looking for someone with prior experience in an IT support related role. We are working with ServiceNOW, Microsoft ecosystem with SCCM, Active Directory, Intune, and MacOS-related solutions like ABM (Apple Business Manager), Jamf - knowledge of these technologies is appreciated.
Being a team player with a sense of humor, good organizational skills, and a curiosity to develop as a professional is also essential to the role. As asset management is a core activity, you need to be able to work in a structured way to ensure our assets are assigned to the right person, in the right status, at all times. Monthly salary range for this position: 1685 - 2528 EUR before tax deduction.
